Recently 'The New American' published a comprehensive congressional score card comprised of in depth analysis of key votes cast by representatives in the 114th Untied States Congress. Kentucky's lone democrat John Yarmuth ranks lowest with 21%, Ed Whitfield and Hal Rodgers tie with 52% respectively, District 6's Garland 'Andy' Barr panders a bit better with a measly 56%, District 2's Brett Guthrie bumps up the freedom factors to 65% and it comes as little surprise that Northern Kentucky's Thomas Massie scores a nearly infallible 98% in liberty matters.
